You do raise some good points about factors that cause road accidents. Although I think you would agree with me when I say that the one most important and predominant factor causing road accidents is human carelessness. From something as simple as knowing to check your brakes and tires, not acting like you own the entire highway and over speed, and knowing when the weather is just simply not safe for driving can greatly help you have a safer road journey.
